Many of us work from home with tools and equipment lying around the house. If you are hurting, change the work layout to fit your body. You must work in a neutral posture to keep the body healthy with a good blood supply. If you need help, we can set up a virtual or in-person appointment. Send photos of you sitting in your workspace from the sides and from behind. The photos would capture the movements and postures you do most of the time at your job.
